The data you voluntarily provide, or have already provided, through the registration form will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679 - General Data Protection Regulation).

Purpose of personal data processing

The data you submit will be used to register for Visual ID, Visual Software's unified authentication service.

Visual Software applications will use the data you entered to personalize your experience.

Nature of the data processed and processing methods

The personal data processed will be the data you provide when submitting the registration form (email address), as well as any data you later add and edit in the My account section (first and last name, profile picture, etc.).

Data processing is carried out by personnel authorized in writing by the Data Processing Officer.

Optional nature of data provision

Providing your data is optional. However, refusing to provide it will make it impossible to submit the form and therefore to complete registration.

Data controller

The data controller is Visual Software s.r.l., VAT number 01019550886, represented by the Data Processing Officer.

Data retention period

Your data will be stored only for as long as necessary to achieve the stated purposes.

Disclosure and dissemination of data

Your personal data will be used to access Visual Software applications.

Data subject rights

You have the rights provided for by Articles 15 (right of access), 16 (right to rectification), 17 (right to erasure), and 18 (right to restriction of processing) of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
